Things to do as a visitor of Columbus, OH?

My boyfriend and I are heading to Columbus for the weekend and we have never been there. We are actually going for the Ohio State vs. Penn State football game. But we wanted to do some other things while we were there but dont know whats around or anything exciting to see. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Well…how old are you guys (as in are you 21+?)..and what kinds of stuff are you into? Music/bars/food/wine/beer/…….b/c there’s sooo much to do in Columbus.
The previous answer of German Village is good. Schmidt’s Sausage Haus is amzing if you like German food, and there is a candy shop as well. The architecture alone is beautiful in the neighborhood. And, there is a big book store called the Book Loft which is cool.
